The Cambridge Yacht Club is offering several programs and activities for all ages this Summer, most notably their Junior Sail program.
Cambridge Yacht Club’s Junior Sail Program gives children skills that they will use for a lifetime – sailing, boating safety, and a love of the water. Our youngest sailors learn basic sailing skills in Opti boats, and our more experienced junior sailors get the opportunity to race our Lasers.

The Robbins Family YMCA in Cambridge offers a wide variety of youth programs ranging from Soccer, Karate, Basketball to even swim classes, and even some non-athletic programs like before and after school care! Programs run periodically throughout the school year, and vary in price (but be assured, financial aid is always available)!
ShoreRivers, a clean water voice for Maryland’s Eastern Shore and home to the Chester, Choptank, Miles-Wye , and Sassafras River-keepers. They are offering several programs, activities and volunteer opportunities throughout and beyond the Summer including but not limited to: Swimtesters: Bacteria Monitoring. SAV Watchers, Water Chestnut Removal and more.
The PAL program will be offering several outdoor activities and events throughout and beyond the Summer. This includes their after school baseball league.
